Learn more at a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go To Markets (GTM) you will be a core member of the Amazon Musics Global Product Marketing and GTM team. You will be responsible for GTM strategy and for Amazon Musics mobile and voice product experiences including Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited. We are seeking a seasoned product marketer who is creative strategic has a core understanding of the optimal customer mobile app experience. You will be working cross functionally with product managers to set the product roadmap to develop and launch new product features that surprise delight and engage our customers. You will also work with other marketing teams (social brand paid marketing channels promotions etc. to develop global GTM strategies that drive feature awareness adoption and retention across on all devices.
This role is highly visible and a successful candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity earning trust with crossfunctional teams and leaders influencing up and across and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced dynamic environment. The candidate must be a great oral and written communicator and possess high levels of creativity independence backbone flexibility and attention to detail. This role will be a global role but will work with regional marketing and product teams to adapt global GTM strategies for local customers and to adhere to local regulations. Key job responsibilities
* Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches
* Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in the growing MSP space
* Oversee strategy and performance of cross channel global marketing plans to build awareness adoption and engagement of key features
* Partner with various product teams to develop product roadmaps for features meant to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs) Listening Hours and enhance the customer experience on Amazon Music
* Partner and consult across with the Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to better integrate music and podcast artist content into the customer experience
* Develop compelling GTM creative assets (video social Owned & Operated) working crossfunctionally with creative designers
* Provide copywriting guidance
* Advocate for the optimal customer experience when working on UX design with product teams
*Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing subscriptions tech and product
8 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience collaborating across UX and product on customer flows and copy
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
Familiarity with engagement marketing performance KPIs and understanding of how to interpret KPIs to inform future strategy
Experience within the media/entertainment industry and/or a subscription business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
