This is your opportunity to become a member of our Digital Empowerment team within Digital Technology organization. Our role is to empower all employees of the Group to acquire critical digital skills.

Digital Empowerment provides comprehensive learning experiences in key digital technologies to empower employees to embrace digital change through a structured digital upskilling approach that provides the mindset skillset and toolset to transform into an alldigital company.

• You make us better You drive and improve Data and AI literacy across the entire Group from field worker to top executive
• You know your users In close collaboration with our business units you develop and deliver a relevant and highly engaging Data and AI learning curricula for all employees
• You take accountability You manage your upskilling area as a product and take full accountability for the success of your offerings within the agreed budget
• You deliver fast You define the strategy set the direction and deliver learning experiences leveraging agile delivery methods and steering your product team
• You know your topic You have a solid understanding of the topic of Data & AI and how to engage and educate a highly diverse workforce and you keep that knowledge current
• You are a master of collaboration and can connect with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Your Profile authentic & openminded

• You have a degree in Human Resources Education Business Management Computer Science or a related discipline or other significant work experience
• You have several years of relevant experience within the areas of Learning Experience ideally in a clientfacing/commercial oriented role and Data and/or AI
• Proven experience with customer/employee journey design and associated analytics to measure the effectiveness of your products as well as agile methodologies
• Ability to work both independently as well as functionally lead using strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• You have a demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and solutions
• You are fluent in German and English
