Cortica is seeking a BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in Torrance and surrounding areas.

Our interdisciplinary team includes Neurologists Pediatricians Nurse Practitioners EEG Technicians Counselors Occupational Therapists SpeechLanguage Pathologists Behavior Therapists Music Therapists and more.
In this role youll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. Youll support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary (for 25 billable hours/week): $81600 $102100.
- Salary Bonus (for 30 billable hours/week): $94800 $115300.
- Bonus: $55 per additional billable hour paid monthly.
- PTO: 14 days during your first 12 months increasing to 18 days after your first year plus 8 paid holidays.
