BigPicture Overview: What Youll Do as a Senior Systems Engineer:

• Administer and optimize OnPremises Active Directory ensuring efficient replication site management and robust security for all related services.
• Configure and manage Azure AD Connect synchronization and Microsoft Entra facilitating seamless identity and access management across hybrid environments.
• Oversee and support critical Office 365 services including Exchange SharePoint OneDrive and Teams ensuring efficient communication collaboration and document management.
• Implement and manage Entra for Single SignOn and identity management streamlining user authentication across systems.
• Provide prompt resolutions to enduser issues related to Microsoft services infrastructure and tools like SharePoint and Teams ensuring smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to IT projects collaborating with team members meeting deadlines and adhering to project assignments for successful delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and procedures to support ongoing operations system updates and regulatory compliance efforts.

MustHaves for Success in This Role:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of prior experience as a Microsoft systems engineer or in a related technical position.
• 10 years of experience supporting and managingVMware Virtual Infrastructures.
• 10 to 15 years of experience supporting VOIP environments and leading successful VOIP migrations.
• Exceptional analytical problemsolving and conceptual skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on business judgment.
