Were Looking For A: Digital Storytelling writer/director who will write and direct innovative video ads to run on FB/IG YouTube and other social channels for brands that sell supplements pet food and beauty products directly to consumers.

Location: Woodland Hills CA
What Youll Be Doing:
- Write and direct video ads with the goal of selling products using a datadriven testandlearn approach.
- Come up with fresh and innovative concepts/angles for ads and write scripts.
- Direct actors and/or celebrity brand partners to elicit authentic and persuasive performances; Formulate and ask interview questions that elicit the most compelling soundbites.
- Work with videographers to gather video assets needed video cover setup locations and direct videographers to broll).
- Provide onset leadership in collaboration with Production Supervisor production team and camera crew.
- Collaborate with editors from preproduction to delivery including providing feedback on edits assist conceiving of graphics and onscreen text.
- Analyze performance data and use data to create incremental video optimizations that scale.
- Available to drive and occasionally travel to locations in order to film and gather footage and conduct interviews
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you dont tick ALL of these boxes.:
- Exceptional concepting skills
- Exceptional script writing and directing skills
- Mastery of onset creative leadership and understanding of how to successfully direct celebrity partners and actors
- Ability to formulate strategies on how to market health and wellness products in fresh creative and different ways.
- Understanding of direct response marketing.
- A highly creative selfstarter who can work both independently and collaborate well with different teams
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
- Bachelors Degree (required)
- Bachelors Degree in Writing Film (preferred)
- 25 years experience writing & directing in a visual medium (required)
- 5 years experience writing & directing in a visual medium ideally with some advertising/marketing experience

The base salary range is $75000$100000 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on Californias cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please clickhere to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience knowledge skills other jobrelated qualifications and geographical location.
