Job Description
Your mission:
In this role you are responsible for the ROSE Simulation product portfolio in Skyguides training environment. As the ROSE simulation portfolio continues to grow you will develop and manage with your expertise the data of the application to ensure that we establish this knowledge and continue to fulfil the tasks within the Simulator Operations organisation.
Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain training delivery aspects for SIM users including airspace exercises performance procedure weather pilot aspects and operation documentation
- Develop and maintain SIM coursespecific training delivery data and configurations
- Ensure the readiness of the training delivery aspects with customers and within economical functional and operational constraints
- Contribute to specifically assigned role activities
- Triage track report and ensure implementation of resolutions for bugs and implementation of change requests related to training delivery aspects
- Provide qualitative description tracking and reporting of functional and operational specifications of training delivery aspects
- Ensure a proactive exchange and collaboration with projects innovation activities and neighbour teams as SIM Data stakeholder
What we are looking for:
- University degree in aviation informatics or equivalent work experience; work experience as ATCO or pilot is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and in a structured manner to establish a new delivery service is required
- Work experience in project management and ticketing systems is a plus
- Credibility & accountability: You are transparent in your actions explaining the reasoning behind them and consistently follow through on your commitments
- Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information ideas and insights in meetings or other interactions
- Initiative: You proactively develop new methods and solutions identify challenges initiate necessary changes and offer help to others when needed
- Strong communication skills in English and German or French
