Job Summary:
- As a corporate engineering intern you will work with experienced engineering professionals on various projects. This role provides handson experience skill development and networking opportunities with the company.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Business Process Design: Work with Engineering and Operations stakeholders in the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process to create business process flow maps that define the tools and workflow necessary to process ECNs.
- Utilize applications in the Microsoft business solution platform to create intake forms lists workflows and metrics necessary to manage the ECN process
- Test/Validation: Apply sound testing methods to develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing and document test results.
- Develop a Configurator using MS Excel that guides users through available options upon which when specific options are selected further sets of dependent options become available for further selection.
- Development of computer / smart phone / tablet app to aid in guided selling of product options.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a fouryear university engineering or computer science program.
- Strong academic performance and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple business process stakeholders to gather process requirements create a solution plan gain buyin for the solution design then execute on the design. Lead the stakeholders through the testing and process validation process to lead to production release of the solutions.
- Must be selfmotivated have a high sense of urgency be able to problem solve complex situations be resourceful.
- Be a team player working with coworkers other departments and/or other TBEI facilities. The focus is on meeting company goals and initiatives.

- Wage Expectations: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
- Pay: This is a nonexempt hourly position and employees are paid on a biweekly basis
