What youll do:
Youll play a critical role in primarily focusing on operational delivery on the nbn network; responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Issue/return materials to Materials Controller
Maintain program of works
Manage contract trades and ensure prompt start dates
Track workforce performance
Review completion progress and financial spend
Manage workforce performance issues
Assist and anlyse claims as required
Attend client meetings and present performance results
Onboard workforce technicians
Assist in audits and reviews
Oversee system compliance and material management
Create and maintain key reports and trend analysis
About You
You have a Tertiary Qualification in Civil/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the infrastructure/construction industry.
Demonstrated background on the NBN network highly desirable
Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure
Experience in working with key stakeholders and subcontractors
Strong project reporting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
