OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for better discoverability and sales for our books on online channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work along with Digital lead to develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
- Drive traffic to Amazon listing where the products are listed
- Review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS on Amazon
- Understand fullfunel performance marketing. Including multichannel analytics reports (Search Social Ads Amazon) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Indepth knoweldge of Meta ads.
- Manage title marketing with fellow publicity team for local & select and become part of the core team process for titles.
- Building amazon creatives and content for the ads.
- Author management and executing successful plan delivery for titles.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- The profile should have 57 years hands on experience ideally on ecommerce platforms like Amazon. Prior experience in Publishing is preferred.
- Must have extensive experience of improving product search rankings on Amazon.
- Comfortable with handling large volumes of requests and creating high impact while minimising spends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project Management Skills
