About Merchandising at Sephora:
The Sephora @ Kohls Merchandising team is critical to supporting the growth of the Sephora @ Kohls business. The Manager Sephora @ Kohls Merchandising & Strategy supports the total worlds strategy is integral to supporting the total merchandising teams.
Your role at Sephora:
The Manager of Sephora @ Kohls Merchandising & Strategy will support the Sephora @ Kohls Merchandising organization to analyze total business drive sales and operate efficiently. This role serves as a key crossfunctional advocate for the Merchandising team via the core team with a focus on operational excellence. The work includes reporting consolidating crossworld initiatives and assessing risks/opportunities across total Merchandising. Strong attention to detail project & time management critical thinking and excellent communication skills are critical to this roles success.
In addition you will:
- Own reporting across merchandising categories weekly monthly adhoc
- Partner with marketing to align on total cross world initiatives.
- Multiworld assortment captain for instore fixtures and animations
- Support total enterprise strategies that tie back to merchandising with key cross functional engagement across tech digital retail & marketing
- Merchled Total Promo Lead
- Digital Merch Lead for
- Misc. presentations sampling captain meeting planning and total team support
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service Innovation Expertise Balance Respect for All Teamwork and Initiative
Were excited about you if you have:
- Minimum 5 years retail merchant/ buyer level experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop category/brand strategies
- Highlevel problem solving and analytical skills working well within ambiguity and navigating a complex business
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced and complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross functionally
- Strong proficiency with Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel
The annual base salary range for this position is $114000.00 $126000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate nondiscriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
