Position: Inhouse Consultant NonERP Applications
Location: Pune
Your contributions to organisations growth:
- Lead the design configuration implementation and operation of multiple nonERP applications like ServiceNow.
- Collaborate to understand business processes and translate into effective and efficient system configurations.
- Support users and 1st level support team with troubleshooting the applications in the responsibility area 2nd level support).
- Monitor and maintain Applications in responsibility area.
- Ensure application performance meets user needs and is consistent with security protocols and compliance requirements.
- User training and support.
- Documentation of creating and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations customizations and integrations.
- Participation in implementation projects.
- Autonomous of Change Requests and small change projects.
- Support testing with business users.
- Support the Infrastructure team in completing cloud adoption to Azure (cloud first strategy both
- Infrastructure and applications).
- Define nonfunctional requirements and requirement frameworks for our digital solutions portfolio.
- Provide governance of business solutions on an ongoing basis according to Burckhardts architecture principles.
- Crossfunctionally support solution architects and inhouse consultants in connecting applications amongst each other and/or connect them to the target cloud platform in an industrialized manner.
Expertise you have to bring in along with;
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years experience in application management.
- Strong experience with applications in at least one of the following applications: ServiceNow
- Identity Access Management
- Certifications in IT service management such as ITIL or similar are advantageous.
- Fluent in English (very good knowledge).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Good requirement gathering skills with end usersCapable to work in a multicultural globally distributed environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast changing technologies and business needs
