Job Overview
As a Solutions Engineer Healthcare you will consult with clients to gain a detailed understanding of their business identify their business challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and healthcare industry knowledge to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions that drive successful outcomes for the client. The SE architects and designs solutions utilizing TMobile or partner business solutions equipment & network. SEs provide technical expertise as a part of sales presentations product demonstrations as well as providing guidance to healthcare clients technical inquiries.

SEs drives solutionbased outcomes in partnership with Business Sales for specific client opportunities. SEs will keep the Business Sales teams they support apprised of relevant technologies and industry trends. They will also consult with Sales on the technical aspects of TMobile for business products and services. The SE will partner with Marketing Product Engineering Sales Ops and Care teams to provide feedback & to act as the voice of the client to our internal stakeholders. SEs keep their technical abilities and industry knowledge uptodate by attending internal and external training programs. They also obtain and retain relevant partner or industry certifications as needed for their role.

Sr Solutions Engineer ENT) also:
*Understand and present TMobile wireless network and related key technologies
*Maintain expertlevel knowledge of wireless handsets mobile hotspots tablets and key wireless devices
*Maintain expertlevel knowledge of wirelessrelated ValueAdded Solutions
*Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis
*Discuss and assist with processing InBuilding Coverage requests
*Understand and present product roadmaps as needed
*Understand and present network coverage/network buildout plans as needed
*Assist with postsale support/escalations as needed
*Highlevel portfolio awareness of TMobile Global Wireline Solutions network solutions and technologies

  • Discovery and Positioning:

Conduct indepth discovery meetings to uncover healthcare organizations pain points workflows and technical challenges.

Identify and position technology solutions that align with healthcare industry trends focusing on valueadded benefits such as improved patient care operational efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate the business impact of proposed telecommunications solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Leverage competitive intelligence to position the companys offerings as superior to alternatives emphasizing key differentiators like reliability scalability and innovation.

  • Solution Development and Sales Support:

Design and present customized telecommunications and technology solutions for healthcare organizations aligning with their clinical and operational needs.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.

Conduct needs assessments to recommend solutions in areas such as unified communications IoT and 5G connectivity for healthcare applications.

  • Technical Expertise:

Act as a technical advisor addressing questions and concerns from clients related to telecom infrastructure network security and cloudbased healthcare applications. Provide detailed technical support during all stages of the sales process including discovery solution design and deployment.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends healthcare compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA) and emerging technologies.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations including IT departments clinicians and administrative leaders.

Facilitate client workshops to ensure understanding of technology solutions and their benefits for patient care and operational efficiency.

Serve as the point of contact for ongoing technical discussions postsale to support longterm partnerships.

  • Solution Implementation and Integration:

Work with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless implementation of telecommunications solutions.

Lead pilot programs and proofofconcept trials to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:

Partner with product development teams to provide feedback on healthcarespecific requirements and opportunities for innovation.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop case studies white papers and other content showcasing healthcare technology solutions.

  • Education:

  • Bachelors Degree STEM (Required)

  • Work Experience:

  • 710 years Related Work Experience (Required)

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical Leadership (Required)

  • Project Management (Preferred)

  • Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)

  • Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations (Required)

  • Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $140600 $253600 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $98420 $177520

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location TMobile employees in regular nontemporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
