Job Description
Hiring now for Customer Service Reps to join a local meat shop. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment collaborating with various teams to deliver topnotch service to our clients. Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and via phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
- Wrap custom meat orders and wild game.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Accept and process payments.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Proven customer support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a team environment and complete all required job duties with a good attitude.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Job Type: 3040 hours/week. Must be able to work MondaySaturday Sundays off and one weekday off; Fridays and Saturdays will always be required.
