Location: Guthrie OK (Can also sit in Gonzalez LA and Houston TX)
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Audits
- Assist with DOT audits ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain TrueScreen files by updating drivers license and medical certificate expiration dates.
- Partner with HR EHS Operations and Transportation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Schedule and manage monthly random drug screenings in collaboration with PTC.
Fleet Maintenance & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs.
- Maintain records of fleet maintenance activities ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
Driver Records & Documentation
- Monitor and update driver files ensuring all required licenses and medical certifications are current.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of driver compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Communicate with drivers regarding upcoming renewals and required documentation
- The operation of vehicles and equipment (e.g. automobiles trucks forklifts etc. to travel to offsite locations for maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Compliance management experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state/federal environmental laws concerning the operation of DOT vehicles
- Familiar with fleet service procedures and federal/state laws to manage fleet operations.
- Proficient with state/federal laws concerning vehicle emissions standards and the handling of hazardous materials to oversee and perform emissions testing equipment repairs and the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations to ensure safety policies and procedures for fleet service operations.
- Modern office practices procedures and equipment to perform office functions in an efficient manner.
- Understand operation of vehicles and equipment (e.g. automobiles trucks motorcycles motor homes forklifts etc. to travel to offsite locations or perform road tests.
- Ability to travel up to 50.
- Must hold a valid drivers license with no driving restrictions.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a TWIC card.
- The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills required to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong attention to detail analysis and problem resolution.
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel Word and Power Point.
- Active Class A CDL
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Officebased with occasional field visits as required.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
