Data Center Community is growing the OneIntake Program team function in scale and complexity in order to deliver NPI Readiness Milestones On Time for New Products to meet customer business requirements. The team is seeking a highlyskilled & driven Technical Program Manager who will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable datainformed processes within AWS Infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience managing global Infrastructure projects/programs; developing monitoring and reporting project/program health metrics; leading crossfunctional teams; developing and implementing change management plans; training and mentoring performance; and driving position readiness improvement. As a Technical Program Manager within this team focused on new product launch preparation you will work with crossorganizational teams from Services Hardware Engineering Network Engineering Software development Capacity Planning and Data Center Operation teams to prepare for new product end to end launch readiness.
The primary responsibilities from the Technical Program Manager include but are not limited to the following: Lead planning and delivery tasks of multiple project/programs simultaneously.
Determine process health metrics and key performance indicators and develop data visualization reports illustrating process health.
Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements with key internal customers.
Develop and implement scalable datadriven process improvement/automated solutions.
Develop standard operating procedures change/communication plans and project/programlevel status updates.
Drive adoption with internal customers through effective change management.
Anticipate potential issues and risks and escalate appropriately and in a timely manner.
Remain flexible to changing priorities and open to new ideas.
Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.

The mission of the OneIntake Program is to prepare for new product launches to the Infra ecosystem that will enable us to meet ontime delivery to customers and not negatively impact established business and operational metrics. Through this program we will enable Infra to close existing intake gaps improve the ownership of new products and enhance support from engineering planning and operational teams when new instances racks and tools are being introduced to Infra.
3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network data center hardware software)
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
