The Senior Digital Transformation Analyst will support the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions while mastering the core principles of digital transformation. They are responsible for research analysis and modeling to identify gaps risks and opportunities in existing and proposed solutions. They communicate their findings and recommendations to support decisionmaking and change management. Their responsibilities include understanding business requirements planning digitalization strategies and implementing digital solutions to improve business performance. They bring expertise and knowledge in the areas of artificial intelligence automation robotics and digital workplace strategies.
The Senior Digital Transformation Analyst champions the application of digital capabilities to processes products and assets to improve internal efficiency and enhance customer value manage risk and uncover new monetization opportunities. Adapts digitalization strategy to map changing business requirements brought about by customer demand and technology. Enables transformation of business and organizational activities processes competencies and models to fully leverage the changes and opportunities of a mix of digital technologies and their accelerating impact across NYPA Canals our customers and the State of New York in a strategic and prioritized way with present and future shifts in mind. #LIVB1
