Overview
Nelson Mullins is in search of a MidLevel Government Contracts Associateto join its Corporate group in theBaltimore Maryland office. This is an opportunity for an associate to join an expanding and fastpaced practice that offers a range of corporate services to a variety of clients.

We Know You
We are seeking a skilled midlevel associate with 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience in the area of government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on federal and state bid protests including GAO COFC and agencylevel forums claims experience under the Contract Disputes Act and counseling matters under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other agency supplements. Responsibilities include legal research drafting pleadings and representing clients in all phases of protests claims and other governmentrelated litigation as well as advising contractors on government compliance matters. Experience with US Government grants and cooperative agreements also would be preferred. Candidates must possess excellent writing and analytical skills and be a member in Good Standing with either the Maryland or DC Bar.

- Salary Range: $230000 $270000 annually.
