Position overview:

Our future Customer analyst will Serve customers by providing product and service information resolving product and service problems. & Preparation of master production plan based on customer demands and follow daily production.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Receive & Analyse Customer Order
  • Communicate with customers about orders by telephone email and videoconferencing (Increase Decrease Mixt feasibility capacity Constraints RM constraints)
  • Update coverage report on daily basis.
  • Prepare the shipment plan (Direct Customers and Indirect Customers through advanced Warehouse)
  • Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers.
  • Ensure Sales Integration in the System
  • Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses.
  • Maintain delivery performance at 100
  • Investigating and solving customers problems which may be complex or longstanding problems

Planning:

  • Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers (Planning Twice per Week)
  • Monitors analyzes and reports performance to schedule production activities utilizing information derived from System material situation and Operations (Coverage Report)
  • Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule through Medium term planning (Lbase Capacity).
  • Monitor quality service and delivery issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes.
  • Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meetings.
  • Maintain Logistics KPI according to the targets (Plan efficiency production hours inventory & zero premium freight)

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters/Engineering degree in Logistics
  • Requirements: communication skills Team worker analytical thinking organized person ability to learn quickly flexibility to customer changes
  • IT skills : Advances Excel (Macro) VBA Access power BI
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages spoken and written
