About the role:
As a Service Coordinator you will play a vital role in facilitating meaningful social connections for older people by coordinating volunteer visits to individuals living in residential aged care facilities or receiving home care services. You will work closely with volunteers aged care providers and clients to ensure the successful delivery of this important community program.
Three Days 22.8 hours per week (Wednesday Thursday & Friday) $43.08 per hour
Based at our Guildford office.
