Job Description
Title: Senior Technical Accountant
Location: Hybrid greater Evansville IN area
Salary Range: $90000 $100000
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the reconciliation processes building out and formalizing procedures.
- Research develop and update accounting policies and documentation.
- Serve as an internal audit resource by testing control areas and ensuring compliance.
- Assist with the financial close process and related activities.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role with a strong technical accounting background.
- Ability to manage complex reconciliations and enhance financial processes.
- Experience in policy development and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like IFS or Epicor is a plus but not required.
