NXTGEN is very excited to be recruiting an Assistant Accountant role with one of the largest most stable employers in the region an opportunity that doesnt come around often.
This Assistant Accountant position offers huge potential for growth giving you exposure across all areas of finance while working closely with qualified accountants. As an Assistant Accountant youll be joining a wellestablished and highly respected team that will support your development every step of the way with full study support on offer (ACCA or CIMA).
Whether youre assisting with monthend diving into tax or supporting budget holders to understand performance youll be right at the heart of a highperforming finance function. The role is rotational so youll gain wideranging experience that sets you up for longterm progression.

Full ACCA/CIMA study support and mentoring from experienced finance professionals
What youll be doing:
Supporting with monthend tasks: journals reconciliations trial balance
Assisting in the production of management accounts and internal reports
Working directly with budget holders to improve financial understanding
Supporting quarterly forecasts annual budgets VAT and corporation tax returns
Helping prepare statutory accounts and reviewing internal controls
What were looking for:
Minimum 12 months recent experience in a finance environment
Degree qualified or started your studies (ACCA/CIMA)
Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Keen to learn grow and build a successful finance career within a major organisation
