The Position
The Senior Software and Application Engineer is part of the Digital Data and IT team within R&ED (Research & Early Development) in Boston. The team supports the strategic digital transformation imperative within the R&ED organization crucial for realizing scientific strategy. The Senior Software and Application Engineer is responsible for the development implementation operation maintenance and support of the data middleware and/or IT systems used by R&ED units across Novo Nordisk. The Senior Software and Application Engineer joins projects in a lead role and is able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Relationship
The role will report to the Head of Lab IT in Lexington MA and work closely with employees at Novo Nordisk R&D sites in the North American region (Including Boston area sites Fremont and Boulder. lab and scientific research groups DDIT RED and broader DDIT organization globally (primarily in Denmark).
