About the Role:
We are looking for an Art Director to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold brand identity and ensure creative excellence across all channels. You lead and mentor a design team turning business goals into clear compelling and visually engaging campaigns. You foster a culture of innovation and creativity while managing production planning stakeholder alignment and delivering onbrand highquality content.

How can you contribute to what we do
- Team Leadership: You lead and mentor a team of designers providing creative direction and driving concept development aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Development: You oversee national B2C campaigns across all mediums collaborating with the Creative Director to deliver impactful retailfocused concepts.
- Presentation Design: You create engaging internal and B2B decks using strong layout and photography to communicate messages clearly.
- Creative Oversight: You review and approve all creative and copy to ensure brand alignment and strategic clarity.
- Culture & Innovation: You cultivate a creative team culture rooted in innovation speed and highquality output.
- Production : You manage photo and video shoots with external partners bringing expertise in casting and production planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You align with crossfunctional teams on multichannel strategies and present work with clarity and confidence.
- LargeScale Design: You design bold largescale graphics for outofhome meeting and events and supergraphics on property
- Internal Communications: You develop compelling creative for internal platforms emails and employee engagement campaigns.
- Messaging Strategy: You refine messaging approaches to ensure clarity impact and relevance to target audiences.
- Talent Development: You support team growth through coaching performance feedback and professional development.
About You:
- You bring 8 years of design experience including 3 years leading creative teams.
- You hold a degree in graphic design fine arts or a related field.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing omnichannel campaigns and standout conceptual work.
- You have video editing experience and are familiar with animation motion and AIgenerated content.
- You have experience working in an agency setting or with REITsboth are considered a plus.
- You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) PowerPoint Figma and Canva and adapt quickly to new tools.
- You are a visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting cuttingedge impactful and beautiful work.
- You have deep expertise in layout design typography color theory composition photography lighting and set styling.
- You demonstrate strong creative vision aligned with business strategy and customer experience.
- You have led and inspired teams helping evolve brand identity while maintaining high design standards.
- You are selfmotivated highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
- You welcome feedback advocate for growth and contribute positively to team culture.
- You are a strong communicatorwritten and verbalwith a solutionsfocused analytical mindset.
- You take pride in delivering highquality thoughtful creative work that drives results.
- You are able to travel via commercial airlines and maintain a valid drivers license to operate your own vehicle or rental car in a safe manner. This position requires up to 20 travel.

Hiring Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tangers total compensation package for employees.
Hiring Range: $95000 to $135000 per year
