Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous SalesforceReleaseManagerto join a largescale Salesforce Program encompassingSalesforce Core (Sales & Service Cloud) Media Cloud and OmniStudio/OmniScript.
This individual will act as the technical guardian of the platformsstability and consistency overseeing thereleasestrategy and deployment usingCopadoin anAgile deliveryenvironment.
You will play acritical rolein ensuringsmooth reliable and secure deployments maintaining code integrity solving deployment conflicts and championing best practices inreleasemanagement across a large and fastpaced delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Guardian
Ensure platform stability and consistency across environments.
Maintainreleaseintegrity and prevent disruptions across multiple workstreams.
Be the escalation point for deploymentrelated issues.
ReleaseManagement & Coordination
Define and enforcereleasegovernance and best practicesusing Copado and Git.
Own and manage theendtoendreleasecalendar across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Coordinate sandbox refreshes andenvironment strategyaligned with program milestones.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams toproactively identify deployment risksand mitigate them.
Agile Delivery Enablement
Work handinhand with Scrum teams to alignreleaseplanning withAgile delivery cycles.
Support development teams inbranching strategymetadata management andcode merge processes.
Synchronize Salesforce deployments withperipheral systemsand crossplatform dependencies.
Conflict Resolution & Coaching
Act as thedeployment conflict solver: working with developers technical leads and solution architects to resolve merge issues and metadata conflicts.
Proactively identify patterns in conflicts and define preventive measures and improvements.
Providetraining and guidanceto developers on Copado usage version control (Git) and deployment standards.
Continuous Improvement & Monitoring
Drive continuous improvement ofreleaseprocesses through metrics automation and retrospectives.
Monitor deployment performance and define KPIs related to deployment success and cycle times.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experiencein Salesforce platform management and deployments.
Deep knowledge ofSalesforce Core (Sales Service)and advanced knowledge ofMedia CloudandOmniStudio/OmniScript.
Proven experience withCopado including branching strategies pipelines conflict resolution and promotion strategies.
Strong expertise inGitbased version controland CI/CD methodologies.
Technical understanding of metadata types dependencies and deployment nuances across Salesforce clouds.
Experience working inAgile teamswith multiple parallel sprints and developers.
Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally withdevelopers architects and product teams.
Excellent problemsolving coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously withstrong driveand ownership of platformreleaseoperations.
ShouldHave
Copado certification(s)
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II Application Architect)
Experience with integration and deployment coordination with external systems (ERP middleware etc.
Familiarity with DevOps KPIs andreleasegovernance frameworks
