Job Description
The Role:
Ventia is looking to engage an Electrical Construction Supervisor specialising in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to join our Venture Smart team. This role will see you responsible for overseeing the onsite installation integration and commissioning of electrical and ITS assets for our WA based clients across metro and regional WA. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems and ITS technologies as well as proven leadership in construction supervision.
This is a fulltime permanent role and will see you based in Jandakot WA.
The salary package for this role will be from $134500 to $152000 per year plus super based on experience.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation & delivery of minor capital works projects across Main Roads WA assets
- Participate in daily prestart meetings & safety toolbox talks
- Managing the daytoday operations of the team
- Supervision of the direct workforce subcontractors & management of Foremen & Leading Hands
- Ensure Venture Smart optimises efficiencies and delivers projects in a safe and productive manner
- Manage operational & client priorities to meet budgets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Trade Certificate Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician
- Drivers Licence
- WA Grade A Electrical Licence
- Provide First Aid
- CPR LVR
- Prior work history in a brownfields environment
- Experience with HIABS Dogging Civil & Plant equipment Highly regarded
