We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven integrated Account Director to join the Samsung UK Channel & Brand team who can set the pace agenda and high standards to deliver work through a variety of channels from developing bespoke local UK campaigns across Print D/OOH Social TVC Radio and AV to managing the localisation and supply of global assets in similar channels.

Working into the experienced Business Lead with support of Integrated Producers and an Account Manager and Account Executive this role will require a mix of creative development delivery and management of projects across a wide portfolio of cutting edge products and services (Mobiles Tablets Wearables Hearables SmartThings Samsung Health and Pay apps).

The role requires those who thrive in an agile environment with obsessive attention to detail. You should be organised as well as being flexible a natural problem solver and have the ability to stay cool under pressure.

The team is tight knit supportive with a brilliant collaborative client team and an ambition to grow further.


How youd spend your day


  • Embedding yourself as an integral and dependable part of the team ensuring all aspects of the account run smoothly including financial and team management of an Account Manager and Account Executive.
  • Taking ownership of large and medium projects and either leading or overseeing them through excellence from start to finish (from receiving the briefs through the various agency/external process through to delivery to various media channels).
  • Building exceptional relationships with your clients by gaining their trust and efficiently managing expectations being the first person they call in a situation.
  • Being a key point of contact internally connecting various departments and for clients across workstreams/projects.
  • Being a key point of contact externally not only for clients but also any external intermediaries the lead media agency or other 3rd party agency contacts.
  • Supporting the Business Lead in the smooth running of the direction and growth of the account.

  • Integrated campaign delivery experience essential across print digital social radio and TVC.
  • Youre a selfstarter you can be proactive and self sufficient does whatever it takes to do the best job.
  • You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and stay cool under pressure.
  • Youre a collaborator who can build relationships across the agency and client team to give the direction support knowledge and expertise needed.
  • Commercially astute and gets under the detail of the numbers forecasting reconciliations and billing.
