We are currently seeking a friendly knowledgeable and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team and provide a firstclass experience to every customer that walks through our doors.
As an Automotive Service Advisor you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians. Youll be responsible for understanding the customers vehicle needs recommending appropriate services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Prepare repair orders and communicate with service technicians
Provide cost and time estimates for recommended services
Clearly explain services and repair recommendations to customers
Coordinate vehicle dropoff and pickup
Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
Working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in computer systems (DMS experience a plus)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
