The Opportunity
As the Product and Delivery Director in Worldlines payments division you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and of payment solutions. You will lead product innovation ensure market acceptance and manage the endtoend delivery of cuttingedge payment solutions that address evolving market demands and client needs.
DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Lead the innovation pipeline for payment products ensuring solutions meet evolving customer needs while aligning with Worldlines strategic objectives
- Collaborate with industry partners to assess emerging trends and deliver industryleading innovative payment solutions
- Establish and execute a comprehensive product acceptance strategy across multiple channels (instore online mobile)
- Product Development & Acceptance
- Oversee the development of cuttingedge seamless multidevice payment solutions from conceptualization to market launch
- Ensure flawless of product deployments and drive quality improvement to achieve zerodefect scenarios
- Lead crossfunctional teams in enhancing product features to improve the customer experience based on market trends and customer insights
- Stakeholder Management
- Work with Sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies for new payment solutions
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners (financial institutions technology providers) to expand payment ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams including Technology Operations Compliance and Sales
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
- Performance Monitoring
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance acceptance rates and customer satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance as an integrated aspect of enterprise governance
- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and standards prioritizing customer security and data protection
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion cando attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Professional with a Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field; Masters degree is a plus
- Experience of 10 years in product management innovation or relevant roles ideally within the payments industry
- Strong understanding of payment processing fintech and emerging payment trends
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with handson capabilities
- Ability to drive innovation in a rapidly changing environment
