We are looking for oncall/substitute/asneeded Event Staff Leads to join the team at our client site located in Delhi Ohio at the Delhi Event Center (number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling)!
In this role you will be responsible for supervising our Event Staff. You will also be supervising and monitoring on site events including all aspects of the event the before during and after.Job Description
Supervise and coordinate event staff and vendors
Attend preevent briefings to communicate assignments timelines and expectations
Ensure staff compliance with safety regulations company policies and eventspecific protocols
Monitor staff performance and provide realtime coaching or support when needed
Assist with ontheground logistics such as crowd control vendor coordination and guest relations
Respond to and resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports for each event
Collaborate with event managers to evaluate staffing needs and postevent performance
Ensure all equipment and materials are properly set up and returned after use
Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Adult Child/Infant CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with attendees.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted.
Must be able to work Weekdays Evenings and Weekends.
