Job Summary
This is an administrative role with Youth Educations Club U Day Camp and Campus Camps programs. Youth Education customers are parents/guardians of youth participants.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are: 70 Office based admin work Phone calls Emails Paperwork & Printing Reservations & Scheduling etc 15 Inperson youth & parent engagement Scheduling Changes Camper Buddy Requests etc 15 Inperson camp staff engagement Staff Trainings Paperwork Distribution etc
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year fulltime customer service experience or equivalency demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
