Job Description
Upway is hiring an Operations Intern among its Operations team. The Operations teams role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. This includes collecting bikes from sellers inspecting and repairing them in our workshops shipping them to consumers and managing aftersales support. Our goal is to build the most efficient highestquality and safest operation at scale.
The Operations Intern will be responsible for managing some of the day to day operations as well as for working on parts of the operational flow building processes to optimize operations analyzing data to understand and bridge gaps while working closely with the rest of the company to provide best in class experiences to customers.
Manage technicians on the floor to ensure speed of quality of outputs and safety of everyone
Analyze improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow so that our operations get better every day
Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
Work closely with the rest of the company to support fast growth and expansion
Upway operates in 7 countries in Europe and the US with the support of prestigious investors including Sequoia Capital Global Founders Capital and Exor.
