What Were Looking For:
Business & Analytical Expertise A strong understanding of business strategy coupled with experience in statistical modelling or coding (e.g. Python R SQL) to deliver value through datadriven decisionmaking.
Storytelling & Communication Skills Ability to translate complex analytics into clear compelling narratives that drive action.
ProblemSolving Mindset A curious thinker who can define the right questions and shape analytics use cases to solve real business challenges.
