WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You work confidently as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a large scaled agile organization (SAFe framework).
You help both our teams and stakeholders such as top management to identify and resolve problems and conflicts.
You mentor Scrum Masters and support them in their longterm development.
You regularly exchange ideas with other agile experts and bring new input into our Agile Community.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have more than 5 years of professional experience in relevant agile roles.
You have more than 2 years of experience working with scaling frameworks.
Your goal is to be as effective as possible and you see yourself as a Leader to Serve.
You are familiar with working in large enterprises and communicate confidently at all organizational levels.
You are always uptodate with discussions in the agile world and easily inspire people with agile working methods.
You are good at networking and bridging team interfaces.
You work with current methods such as virtual whiteboard tools (e.g. Miro) and invigorating moderation approaches (e.g. Liberating Structures).
Your English & German is business fluent.
Optional: Ideally you have a passion for organizational development.
Optional: A good understanding of systemic methods/approaches is a plus.
