Job Description
The Department of Finance in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech invites applications for an Assistant Associate or Full Professor of Practice dependent on qualifications and experience to teach courses in Corporate Finance Investments Cyber Law and General Finance. The academicyear position is available beginning Fall 2025. Classes will be conducted inperson at the Blacksburg campus.
Required Qualifications
A bachelors or masters degree or higher in finance business or related field is required. In addition candidates must have significant professional or teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching upper division courses at a similar university. Candidates must have the expertise or experience to teach courses in the finance curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience interacting with a diverse student or client population.
