About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for an experiencedProduct Manager to lead the development of our Data Platform. The SPM will be responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap for the Data Platform working closely with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Design and Sales.
A Day in the Life
- Develop and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for the Data Platform.Collaborate with Engineering Design and Sales teams to define and prioritize productrequirements.
- Conduct market research customer interviews and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales collateral demo scripts and other sales enablement materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop gotomarket strategies and product launch plans.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management with a focus on data platforms or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of data management analytics and data science concepts.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Design and Sales.
- Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira Asana).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the healthcare technology industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g. FHIR ICD10.
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
- Certification in product management (e.g. CSPO PMIACP)
