Digital Commerce Manager Greece Israel and Cyprus (GRIC)
About the role
This role owns the development of the Strategy Planning and Process for Digital Commerce in Pharmacy and Mass Market channels across Greece Israel and Cyprus. Digital Commerce Manager will work together with Sales Marketing and Digital and lead a team of eCommerce Key Account Managers to drive eCommerce Strategy Action Plan as well as Organizational Capabilities that will help Haleon achieve leading position in Digital Channels
The role requires a balanced combination of strategic thinking datadriven decision making and startupmindset to maximize our impact in the rapidly evolving eCommerce sector
Role Responsibilities
Strategic functions:
Own the Cluster planning process and set the strategy for eCommerce
Act as key connection between the Digital Commerce Team and GRIC Leadership Team ensuring seamless integration of dCommerce initiatives into overall business strategies
Align Digital Commerce initiatives with Haleons strategic priorities
Partners with Digital Shelf Team CEE to manage dShelf Metrics content gaps ensure production and implementation to have the bestinclass Digital Shelf for Haleon Brands
Be a SME in identifying gaps & opportunities and creating recommendations for other departments
Digital Commerce activation planning:
Lead the development & evaluation of eCommerce activation plan
Develop and manage Retail Media strategies in collaboration with CEE Retail Media Manager to maximize full funnel onplatform influence and ROAS
Responsible for implementation and utilization of available ecommerce tools to drive sales growth
Responsible for designing solutions for maximizing sales conversion of digital communication
Optimize and develop both on and off platform activations efficiency
Customers management:
Responsible for the design of ecommerce Joint Business Planning with Key partners
Responsible for the contractual agreement structure & ToT
Lead the development of online Customer partnerships across OmniChannel Pure Play Marketplaces and Quick Commerce
Capabilities & Collaboration:
Implement trainings that will drive digital commerce activations capabilities in GRIC
Manage and mentor a team of eCommerce Key Account Managers fostering a highperformance culture
Partner with Digital Marketing Managers & Brand Managers and align on priorities and key projects
Sets up cooperation with internal stakeholders in order to develop winning digital commerce activations plans and exchange best practices
Partner with eKAMs and Omnichannel KAMs to accelerate Haleons growth & implement out of the box solution to elevate our collaboration with eRetailers
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of proven experience in developing and leading eCommerce sales on market or regional level in a global company environment (Pure Digital Marketing experience is not enough)
Fluent English and Greek language skills
Proven experience in strategy development measurement and implementation for the eCommerce Activations both on & offplatform
Strong experience in negotiations and leading Digital Commerce & Omnichannel clients agenda
Deep understanding of multiple eCommerce channels (epharmacy customers eretailers Marketplaces and Pure Players) their role current ecommerce trends and shopper behaviours
Strong change management experience & ability to build crossfunctional processes
Analytical skills with extensive ability to transition data into insights and insights into actions
