The position
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Novo Nordisk you will:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand presence and portfolio growth.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Oversee the brand planning process including the of prelaunch and launch initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive and support flagship programs and initiatives.
Recruit train and mentor marketing team members to foster a highperforming team environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
A degree in business administration marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 1215 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with at least 710 years in a managerial role within a global organization.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead crossfunctional teams effectively.
Experience in aligning business opportunities and challenges with regional priorities.
Proven ability to align business opportunities with strategic priorities on a regional and global scale.
Strong analytical skills utilizing data to drive informed decisionmaking and solve complex challenges within the marketing landscape.
A pragmatic approach with a knack for fostering innovative ideas and engaging in constructive courageous conversations.
A customercentric mindset committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and delivering exceptional results.
