The Role:
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be a driving force in shaping the visual identity of our brand across print digital environmental and social media channels. You will create visually compelling assets that directly contribute to product launches global campaigns and critical sales initiatives. What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):
- Deliver innovative creative assets for major product launches and global campaigns.
- Design packaging solutions that meet brand regulatory and vendor requirements.
- Lead creative direction for global or national events with standout signage stage designs and digital visuals.
- Establish and reinforce brand standards through updated style guides and ensure compliance across internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept & Design Leadership:
- Develop pitch and produce concepts across diverse formats: from digital ads and mobile banners to brochures social posts and event signage.
- Lead primary and secondary product packaging designs that set industry standards for functionality trend alignment and brand impact.
- Design and execute environmental and stage signage for major global events coordinating directly with outside vendors to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Collaboration & :
- Partner closely with Art Directors Photographers and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute highimpact photo shoots including prop sourcing talent casting and location scouting.
- Update and enforce internal and external brand style guides to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Organize creative assets efficiently within server and DAM environments like BrandFolder ensuring easy retrieval and brand integrity.
- Innovation & Quality Assurance:
- Keep pace with evolving design software trends and identify areas for technologydriven improvements.
- Apply detailed understanding of print processes to ensure the highest quality production output across projects.
- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and openness to feedback.
PerformanceBased Qualifications:
- Educational Foundation:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Marketing Advertising or a related field.
- Proven Expertise:
- 8 years (preferred 10 of professional graphic design experience across corporate or agency environments with an emphasis on both print and digital channels.
- Demonstrated success leading packaging and campaign design projects that have delivered measurable business impact.
- Strong direct selling experience is a plus.
- Technical Mastery:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of digital best practices across email mobile and social platforms.
- Working knowledge of project management solutions like WorkFront and DAM tools like BrandFolder.
- Animation skills are a major plus for elevating digital asset capabilities.

- Superior collaboration client management and communication skills that drive crossfunctional success.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute on tight deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
