Job Description
United Water Restoration is interested in finding an experienced Water Fire and Mold remediation Operations Manager. IICRC Certification preferred. The right candidate will be hardworking reliable and available 24/7 to their technicians.
We are looking for candidates who are team players and can promote the cando work ethic that our company is known for. Whether we tackle a job alone or work as a team a getthejobdone attitude is a must! Must be physically capable of performing all duties and step in when needed! Great communication skills are necessary We are promoting our services and customer satisfaction is a priority. A desire to continue learning and growing is essential for your development and ours and the ideal candidate will have a willingness to further his/her understanding of the trade.
Salary: $60000.00 to $80000.00/year
JOB REQUIREMENTS

All skills associated with Lead Restoration Technician
-
Manage schedule of all technicians to meet job demand
-
Identify and coach opportunities of all technicians to create consistent and quality work

Communication with homeowner and adjusters when needed

Ability to write estimates and invoices in Xactimate
-
Job Management: Ability to manage ongoing jobs and manpower as well as identify and address any potential concerns

Create a high morale culture with technicians
-
Communicate with office on job status and needs
-
Ensure PSA jobs are complete and accurate
-
Responsible for Fleet Management

Responsible for Tool and Equipment Inventory
-
Provide developmental training for technicians
-
Ability to meet deadlines for Daily Weekly and Monthly tasks

Conducts performance reviews with technicians

Financial review of job financial information and make decision based on key financial metrics

Recruit interview hire and onboard new technicians
Candidates must possess the following Skills/Characteristics:

Strong Communication both written and verbal.

Ability to use and handle computer/tablet/smart phone

Ability to work both within a team and independently.
