We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Recruitment to join our HR team on a fulltime basis:

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Recruitment:

  • Experience in hiring from Manufacturing Industries / Non IT Industries.
  • Prepare Internal and External Social media job advertisement Web Postings and specification in accordance with the organizational requirements.
  • Shortlisting the candidates liaise with all sources and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Proficient in recruiting candidates from individual contribution to managerial role positions. Responsible for the Complete Recruitment Life Cycle sourcing shortlisting profiles candidate tracking interviewing reference checks BGV process Pre employment medical checkup and followups till joining.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence and work on candidate experience score.
  • Research analyze and present data for Recruitment scorecard.
  • Ensure Source mix and consultant source less than 10.
  • Advise HR and hiring managers on Market Intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset Market salary)
  • Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
  • Follow up to inquiries from candidates Managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization recruitment activities organization standards of Privacy and secrecy.
  • Build candidate relationship to foster positive candidate experience as well as future pipeline.

Working tools: LinkedIn Recruiter experience a big plus and recruiting systems
