Overview
The GNM Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services to patients in Solapur Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health status and vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
- Develop implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and carry out medical prescriptions.
- Provide support and information to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on health management and wellness strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Must possess a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
- Valid nursing registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of nursing practice standards and procedures.
- Basic life support certification is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer and electronic health record systems.
