Key Responsibilities:
Specify our products successfully with interior designers architects main contractors and developers presenting compelling proposals to secure product inclusion in their projects.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly quarterly and annual targets through fostering new client relationships and increasing market share.
Manage the entire project sales cycle from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of specification activities client engagements and project progress for effective reporting.
Collect and analyze market insights to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
Extensive understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
Highly motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in coordinating efforts across various internal departments.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools effective
. preferably possess own transport
