What you will be doing:
- Work with our Chambersrated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services groups.
- Engage in various capital transactions across the United States and internationally.
- Handle M&A general corporate work and transactions with privately held companies.
- Participate in corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations.
Experience you will need:
- 3 5 years of strong transactional experience including M&A and general corporate work.
- Experience working with privately held companies.
- Strong academics and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience in a large regional or national law firm.
- Desire to work on a range of corporate transactions.
- Finance and private equity experience is a plus.
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
