Job Description
What you will be doing:
Work with our Chambersrated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services groups.
Engage in various capital transactions across the United States and internationally.
Handle M&A general corporate work and transactions with privately held companies.
Participate in corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations.
Experience you will need:
3 5 years of strong transactional experience including M&A and general corporate work.
Experience working with privately held companies.
Strong academics and analytical skills.
Positive attitude.
Experience in a large regional or national law firm.
Desire to work on a range of corporate transactions.
Finance and private equity experience is a plus.
Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
