Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (London UK GMT/BST)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As a Customer Engagement Administrator youll help connect our customer and clinical systems to keep operations running smoothly. You ll use the GoHighLevel CRM and play a key role in supporting our mission to make healthcare more accessible. This role offers full training room to grow and the chance to make a real difference.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage data migration and entry between clinical software and CRM systems with a high level of accuracy

  • Conduct daily outreach calls to care facilities to gather feedback and strengthen client relationships

  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the GoHighLevel CRM

  • Track and document customer satisfaction metrics

  • Collect and process client testimonials and referrals

  • Maintain uptodate facility resident information

  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

  • Assist with quality assurance processes

  • Identify and suggest workflow and process improvements


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems particularly GoHighLevel (training provided)

  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy

  • Professional phone manner and strong English communication skills

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and workflows

  • Highly detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Experience in healthcare or medical administration is preferred but not required

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication

  • Professional approach to handling confidential information

  • Positive attitude and customerservice mindset
