Job Description
Become our clients Digital Account Manager and lead campaign strategy in close collaboration with Sales and Ad Ops teams. Youll manage projects support clients daily and strengthen relationships while using sharp analytical skills precision and adaptability to succeed in a fastpaced highperformance digital advertising environment.

Your Daily Tasks
- Managing and supporting client accounts as the primary point of contact
- Ensuring high client retention through exceptional customer service and flawless campaign
- Analyzing campaign performance and ROI through detailed and insightful reporting
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships through proactive support client training and onsite visits
- Reviewing and optimizing campaigns regularly and providing strategic recommendations for improvement
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of experience in digital account management for paid social advertising including campaign strategy and optimization
- Proven ability to manage client relationships lead communications and resolve issues in a professional setting
- Must have prior experience in a digital marketing agency or managing agency clients
- Strong expertise in paid digital advertising audience targeting bidding strategies creative testing and performance analysis
- Indepth knowledge of major social platforms: Facebook X (Twitter) LinkedIn TikTok and Pinterest
- Proficient in Excel PowerPoint Google Sheets and Google Slides; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
- Highly organized detailoriented and committed to process improvement and quality assurance
- Able to thrive in fastpaced environments and consistently meet client expectations
