Profile Requirements:
- 2.5 years prior experience in marketing advertising or related fields with a passion for continuous growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp Hootsuite HubSpot or similar tools. Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial.
- Solid organizational and timemanagement skills with a detailoriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including email campaigns and social media engagement.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist across multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Attention to detail.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in planning eProvide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team including scheduling calendar management and file organization.
- Assist in planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across email social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain content calendars ensuring timely delivery of email newsletters social posts and promotional materials.
- Draft schedule and track email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Support social media management by creating content scheduling posts monitoring engagement and analyzing performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to help inform strategy and content development.
- Help track campaign performance and compile reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Handle a range of basic admin tasks such as formatting documents updating templates assisting with website updates and more as needed.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
