Job Description
- Identify and assess potential partners like Employment/Job Agencies Government departments and workforce development programs and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia
- Analyze their alignment with our goals and assess risks and benefits from a financial perspective
- Research and report on financial trends across the education employment and tech integration industries
- Use tools like financial ratios margin analysis and breakeven analysis to interpret profitability and risk
- Evaluate costs and benefits for marketing initiatives API and technical integrations and potential software solutions
- Conduct cost assessment studies for hiring additional staffespecially in nearby regions such as Malaysia the Philippines and Indonesiato support scaling efforts affordably while launching in Australia
- Translate complex data into easytounderstand charts graphs and dashboards
- Assist in designing pitch decks and proposal documents for investors partners and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to business presentations with clear financial insights and visual storytelling
- Conduct financial risk assessments for potential partners and operational plans.
- Help identify financial red flags or indicators that might impact our partnerships hiring or expansion strategies
- Recommend ways to optimize our cost structure based on financial projections and available data
Qualifications :
- A student from a Finance Accounting Economics or Business related major
- Strong understanding of financial principles ratios and analysis tools
- Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and data visualization tools
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and communicate findings clearly
- Familiarity with business models in the tech education or recruitment space is a bonus
