Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing team and ensures successful of strategies and campaigns. This includes managing daily activities coordinating with departments and meeting objectives.
Essential duties involve developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business goals analyzing market trends and creating targeted messages to engage customers. Staying updated on industry developments and marketing technologies is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge.
The role includes brand management through consistent messaging across all materials and channels collaborating with designers and content creators for highquality assets. Budget management is also vital ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
This position reports to the Senior IT Manager/SVP.
In summary the Marketing Manager role blends strategic thinking creative vision and leadership to drive successful marketing efforts.

and supervise the marketing team providing guidance support and performance feedback.
execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels ensuring alignment with company goals.
and manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective use of resources.
market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
the creation of marketing content including digital print and social media materials.
and maintain the Banks Intranet and Website development and administration including periodic updates and content changes.
closely with the Marketing Committee other departments Market Managers and Senior Management to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
and present regular reports on marketing activities performance metrics and ROI.
and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
marketing plans and results to the Marketing Committee and stakeholders.
and maintain a positive public image for the company. Manage media relations press releases and public statements. Oversee the organization of events and promotional activities to enhance visibility and engage with the community.
travel to other branch locations and attendance at trade shows industry training sessions and seminars is required.
position requires a valid Drivers License.

position may require installation of a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) app on an employees personal mobile device. The MFA apps are used to authenticate a users identity to the system for security purposes.

Education and Experience:
Required High School diploma or GED etc.
Required Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge and expertise.
Preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Preferred Strong leadership communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
