Job Description
Your mission
At IONITYwerebuilding anratingour owncuttingedgeeMobility backend system. As an IT Product Owneryoulltake responsibility for a defined functional domain within this platform. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners from other domainsyoullhelp shape the product roadmap and turn vision into reality.
- Own the product lifecycle of specific backend domains and lead their continuous evolution
- Translateproduct featuresinto actionable welldefined user storiesready for agile development
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensuretimelyand valuable delivery
- Define sprint goals write clear acceptancecriteriaand test cases
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across domains and seamless system integration
- Lead and activelyparticipatein all agile ceremonies (e.g. planning reviews retrospectives)
- Monitor sprint progress resolve blockers and support incident handling during releases
- Gather and refine requirements from internal stakeholders balancing technical and business needs
- Coordinate development activities with external partners and service providers when
Your profile
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a comparable technical field
- 13 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner or IT Project Manager
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and familiarity with hybrid approaches (Agile/Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams with empathy and clarity
- Curious and selfdriven personality with a willingness to quickly learn new topics
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative solutionoriented mindset
- Genuine passion for eMobility and the future of sustainable transportation
