Founded in 1984 Best Formulations LLC a diversified nutraceutical and personal care company headquartered in City of Industry California is a contract manufacturer of thousands of branded SKUs including high quality nutritional supplements including softgels tablets capsules powders teas dietary supplements and vegetarian softgels.
About the role:
As a Quality Operations Sampling Technician you will be responsible for providing support to the Quality Operations of Best Formulations to ensure that all materials are received recorded inspected and sampled to ensure that all materials are of high quality and are in compliance with written procedures and specifications.
How will you contribute:
- Log in and prepare the necessary paperwork for all incoming material accurately and thoroughly
- Inspect all incoming material for correct identity quantity and damage
- Sample material to test for specifications
- Release all incoming material to production that has been approved for specifications
- Organize and maintain sampling area
- Simple mathematical calculations to determine correct quantity of incoming material
- Cleaning of sampling room floor walls and ceilings
- Any other assigned tasks
- Follows established department SOPs cGMP regulations and batch record instructions.
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains a safe work environment and operates in a safe manner.
- Perform other job duties related to the job as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate.
- Zero to two 0 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Any combination of experience education and training that provides the level of knowledge skills and experience needed to successfully perform the job.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Forklift license is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Work environment may involve exposure to allergens such as Soy Wheat Fish Shell Fish Milk Egg Tree nuts and Sesame

This position is currently classified as onsite.
Base Hourly Range: $17.00 $20.00 based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Holidays Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including but not limited to location skills education and experience.
